GOV ❤️ Volunteers

Volunteers are an integral part of GOV. Their help is what makes GOV so successful every year. Volunteers share their skills, passion, experience, and they send youth a powerful message; that they are worthy of our time and energy.

As a volunteer, experience GOV through many opportunities that all have direct impact in benefiting the lives of Indigenous youth. Some volunteer opportunities include:

Registration

Set-up & Take Down

Usher/Guide

And More!

Corporate Volunteer opportunities available!

If your business, organization, or service group would like to volunteer together, please reach out to talk about our opportunities for groups to be a part of the GOV volunteer experience. We have a lot of needs, particularly in the lead up to GOV, that could use a team approach. This is an awesome way to demonstrate your team’s commitment to reconciliation, while also building a sense of teamwork and service.

Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

Every person attending GOV over the age of 18 must provide a valid Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check (CRC-VSC).
